1 component PU adhesives

This one-component polyurethane adhesive is a moisture curing product and is suitable for virtually all types of insulation materials currently in use, with or without coating (....) as well as for a wide range of substrates.

These substrates can be:

coated profiled;
metal sheeting;
bituminous covering;
concrete;
wooden sections such as underlayment, plywood and chipboard.

Insulation materials can be:

polystyrene rigid foam;
polyurethane foam;
mineral wool;
expanded perlite.

Paramelts roof insulation adhesives are extra foaming products, so it is possible to level out irregularities of up to 5mm in size between the substrate and the insulation material. Types of insulation adhesives are:

solvent free product with outstanding water resistance;
product with outstanding water-resistance, especially on galvanised steel.

Wind has no effect on roof insulation bonded with our products. The special wind test carried out by Ingenieursgemeinschaft WSP in Aachen (Germany) proves it.
