Aquaseal® 2077 is a water based dispersion, formulated with unplasticized, high molecular weight thermoplastic ethylene coplolymers. Solvent free. Designed to provide very low heat seal initiation temperatures (70C) for application on modern high speed packaging lines.

Aquaseal® 2093 is a water based dispersion, formulated with unplasticized, high molecular weight thermoplastic ethylene coplolymers. Enhanced version of Aquaseal® 2077 in terms of hot tack, seal initiation temperature, sealing/bond strength, moisture/chemical/creep resistance.

Auqaseal® X 2261 is a formulated coating based on ethylene coplymers designed to provide excellent slip performance (low CoF) and robust resistance to in reel blcoking.  The coating has a low heat seal initiation temperature and has good adhesion on to polar substrates such as paper, glass and aluminium.  The product can be used either on its own or in combination with a barrier primer on aluminium film for applications such as processed chesse packaging and chocolate wrap.

Paraflex® HS 8741 is a low-medium viscosity heat sealable hot melt. Suitable for coating paper to be sealed to PET surfaces for soap wrapper applications. Provides an excellent sealing strength and relatively low scuff values. Also suitable for general purposes.

Paraflex® HS 9223 is a medium-high viscosity in-mould labelling hot melt. Optimised to have a low minimum sealing temperature and relatively high blocking point. Paraflex® HS 9223 functions very well at coating weights of as low as 9 g/m2.

Paraflex® HS 9353 is a high viscosity in-mould labelling hot melt. Optimised to have a low minimum sealing temperature and relatively high blocking point. Suitable for hot filling processes. Paraflex® HS 9353 functions very well at coating weights of as low as 9 g/m2.

Paraflex® HS 9480 is a low-medium viscosity heat sealable hotmelt. Developed for coating printed and unprinted carton. After cutting, a plastic liner is deep drawn to the carton, forming a cup (like butter/margarine packing). The coating gives a peel adhesion between carton and plastics liner (for recycling purposes).

Paraflex® HS 9578 is a high viscosity in-mould labelling hot melt. Designed for sealing to PP cups. The product functions well at weights of as low as 9 g/m2. The product is optimised to have a low minimum sealing temperature and a relatively high blocking point. Not compatible with EVA-based hotmelts.

Paraflex® HS 9607 H is a medium viscosity heat sealable hot melt based on high molecular weight waxes.

Paraflex® HS 9619 is a medium viscosity in-mould labelling hot melt. Optimised to have a low minimum sealing temperature and relatively high blocking point. Paraflex® HS 9619 functions very well at coating weights of as low as 8 g/m2.
