Aquaseal 2200 Aquaseal® 2200 is an aqueous polymer dispersion of ethylene copolymers. Provides good barrier properties on a range of paper types. Coatings on paper are heat sealable against themselves and other polyolefin based substrates. For plastic films and aluminium a primer is reccomended.
Aquaseal X 2241 Aquaseal® X 2241 is a formulated dispersion containing ethylene copolymers and waxes. Designed as a standard product for moisture and grease barrier applications on paper and board. Paper or board coated with Aquaseal® X 2241 is heat sealable against itself from 80-90°C.
Aquaseal X 2258 Aquaseal® X 2258 is an aqueous dispersion (white liquid) based on a blend of ethylene co-polymers and wax. Intended for coating of paper and board to provide excellent moisture and fat resistance. Potential applications: heat sealable sachets, bread bags, soap packaging, baked goods, confectionary.
Aquaseal 2166 Aquaseal® 2166 is a non-sealable blend of several wax- and polymer dispersions. Designed for water and grease barrier coatings on open paper and board. Substrates could also include textiles and leather. Provides substrates with excellent water and fat resistance properties.
Aquaseal 2177 Aquaseal® 2177 is formulated dispersion of polymers and waxes. Designed as a standard product for several applications, like seal coatings on paper, foil and/or film, or as an additive in inks or overprint varnish.
Aquaseal 2221 Aquaseal® 2221 is a formulated, aqueous, ethylene copolymer dispersion. Solvent and VOC free. Designed as a standard product for sealable barrier coatings on paper. Especially for sachet products (such as sugar, salt or yeast) requiring only an intermediate level of barrier.
