PlastomeltTM products are EVA based hotmelt adhesives for a wide variety of case & carton sealing, specialty packaging and product assembly applications. We also offer products with special operating properties like low melt adhesives and ´water white´ hotmelts and the Excelta range of metallocene based hot melts.
Plastomelt adhesives can be formulated for the use at either high or low ambient temperatures. Some of the typical applications we serve are:
- high speed tray erecting (>45 trays/min)
- low speed wrap around box erecting (open time < 8 s)
- box closing
- coated folding cartons (PE, Scotchban, PET)
- deep freeze folding cartons and corrugated board (vegetables, fish, meat)
- displays
- hot filling applications
- anti-slip adhesives (deep freeze boxes, PE bags)
