Paramelt recently received a nomination for the INTEGRON customer experience award 2011 within the sector ‘industry & trade’. Paramelt received this award nomination for the high absolute score and high net promotor score (loyalty - recommendation).
Early 2011 Paramelt organized a survey at the global customer base of its European operations in Heerhugowaard and Veendam (The Netherlands). This survey was executed by Integron, which is a leading Dutch consulting firm for customer satisfaction surveys. Integron organize an annual event where companies with the best scores within their sector are honored with a customer experience award.
More than 52% of the selected customers cooperated within the survey! The overall score was a little over 8, with good marks for the care and attention of sales and customer service, product quality and logistical performance.. This was a further improvement compared to earlier survey results.
Paramelt highly values these results considering the turbulent period the market has experienced during the past few years: a financial and economical crisis and raw material availability issues.
