Syncera® LP 1416 is a water based emulsion of LD-PE and paraffin waxes used as a softener in the texile industry. In addition to soft handle this product also gives enhanced sewability and abrasion resistance and is compatible with most commonly used finishing products. Syncera® LP 1416 can also be used as a low cost release agent in certain non-critical applications.
Syncera® PE 02 is an anionic, primary polyethylene dispersion of non-oxidised polyethylene wax. Applications: anti-block preparation (under water granulation of tacky polymers/hot melt adhesives), die release agent (metal casting/plastic moulding), textile softener/lubricant; additive (coatings/inks).
Syncera® PE 03 is a primary polyethylene dispersion based on completely non-oxidised polyethylene wax, using a mixed anionic/non-ionic emulsifier system for improved hard water stability. Advantages same as for 02, except no fca for 03. Two extra applications: additive (polishes), primer (PE extrusion).
Syncera® PE 07 is a formulated, primary polyethylene dispersion of non-oxidised polyethylene wax, using a mixed anionic/non-ionic emulsifier system. Used as release agent in hot moulding of metal/synthetic components. Excellent wetting/flow, water free layer, anti-corrosion.
