Job summary
Paramelt is looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with the Executive Team to analyze business performance and help shape the company’s long-term strategy.
In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen business processes, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will contribute to mergers and acquisitions and play an active role in transformation initiatives such as supply chain innovation, AI applications, and sustainability improvements.
Working at the intersection of business and our IT-systems, you will translate data and insights into actionable strategies, ensuring that systems and processes are aligned with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills and a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights that support decision-making at all levels.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & Business Analysis
- Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development and execution of the Group strategy
- Develop business cases, scenarios, and management reports
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Support M&A activities, including target analysis and due diligence
- Contribute to post-merger integration and value creation
Operations, Systems & Innovation
- Analyze business processes, data flows, and performance metrics
- Support supply chain and systems improvement projects
- Collaborate with IT to implement solutions aligned with business goals
AI & Advanced Analytics
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
Sustainability (Green Future)
- Support initiatives related to energy, water, and waste reduction
- Monitor sustainability targets and progress
Your profile
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in industrial environments, including supply chain management, AI, and sustainability
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and structured way
- Fluent in English
