Position Summary
Works in the warehouse, pulling and staging products for outgoing shipments and loading and unloading incoming product. Primary duties are loading and unloading trucks, putting away raw materials, finished goods and scrap into assigned locations. Performing cycle counts, housekeeping and working with all departments to ship or move any required materials.
Primary Responsibilities
- Unloads all incoming shipments including, raw materials, returned finished goods, scrap wax, and packages
- Perform inspection of materials, ensuring that the delivery is accurate and complete
- Documents and puts product away into proper bin or racking location
- Pulling, preparing, and loading of all outgoing shipments and associated paperwork
- Performs batch kitting when necessary to facilitate production requirements
- Keeps warehouse organized and tidy by performing general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness
- Adheres to all established company and corporate policies, procedures, and governmental regulations pertaining to plant safety, environmental issues, and quality standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent graduation certificate with warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.

- Personal integrity and ability to conduct themselves and their job responsibilities in an ethical and non-discriminatory manner
- Determination and assertiveness to accomplish goals and objectives
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to perform physical aspects of manufacturing duties such as using hand tools, lifting of 50 lbs, bending, climbing, or crawling
- Ability to safely operate a powered industrial truck
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
