Dilavest C grade thermostat waxes are n-alkanes with chain lengths of C10 - C18 and are used in the automobile sector for control of air intake for e.g. carburetor or fuel injection. The Dilavest C grades are suitable for controls in a temperature range from -18 to +40 degrees Celsius.
